This can be done by:
Contacting the Shropshire Prescription Ordering Direct Line Team and requesting your repeat prescription – click the link
Putting your Repeat Slip (in your repeat medication bag) in any of our three post boxes: On the entrance gate to the surgery, in the reception area in the surgery or in the post box inside the Post Office / Shop in High Ercall
Using Patient Access to order online – click the link

For general questions about your repeat medication order/request, please contact the surgery and we will book you a call back from the Dispensary Team.
Please Note – we cannot take requests to order repeat medication over the telephone and we do not offer the EPS service.
